What do we do?
We strive to build strong and meaningful relationships through social networking luncheons. You have the opportunity to meet women business owners and other professionals who are interested in enhancing that inner strength that women possess through interaction with others.
The luncheon is designed for you to meet and established relationships and inform others about your business. In other words, “Marketing is allowed”. However, you are not allowed to bring products for sale into the meeting room.
Why does WIP exist?
Simply put, women are smart and talented but sometimes we find ourselves standing along in society. WIP allows women to meet other women who are dealing with the same issues. We form a sisterhood to address and overcome those issues.
We are able to established a resource network where women can come together and work out solutions for daily problems that arise. WIP assists women to realize that we have credibility. We are capable of working successfully and establish a viable network that will increase their business exposure (footprint) in the community.
Rules for attendees:
● You are encouraged to promote your business by distributing your business cards, brochures, etc. but you cannot bring your products for sale into the room (with the exception of fundraising activity).
● Please respect others’ opinions and allow everyone to be heard.
● A professional tone (no loud or harsh voices) should be maintained at all times to keep a meeting productive.
● Personal attacks, foul language, and sarcastic comments will not be tolerated.
● We will ask meeting attendees to turn off/ silence all cellular devices before the start of the meeting to help maintain focus. If you receive a call, please step outside to receive or make a call.
